On Friday evening, 25 March 2022, Victoria Street Alive! launched the "Faces of Our Community" exhibition at Peddlr Cafe in Langridge Street, Abbotsford 

 

Our first event for 2022 - partnering with Mind Your Langridge - re-energised our post-COVID-19 lockdown neighbourhood and reminded us all what we are about and what we can achieve together.

 

The community acknowledged authentic local heroes and their efforts to inspire and support people through those bleak times, told through beautiful Patrick Woods photographs, personal reflections and a stunning installation by veteran street artist, Ling. 

 

Uncle Bill Nicholson's compelling 'Welcome to Country' launched an energising and jubilant celebration with music, dancing, singing and bonhomie well into the night. 

 

It was a stellar event!
